We are looking for a senior, hands-on Content Writer with proven experience in
regulated fintech environments
. This role focuses on creating high-impact content for
acquisition, performance marketing, and conversion funnels
, while operating confidently within regulatory frameworks.

This is not an editorial or SEO-only role. You will be expected to write content that drives action: ads, funnels, CRM journeys, and campaign messaging, alongside website and brand materials. You will work closely with Growth, PPC, Automation, and other teams.

You will be part of the Marketing team, reporting into Marketing leadership (Growth / CMO structure).

Location:
Limassol, hybrid.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-performing content for:

Paid acquisition campaigns (ads, creatives, copy variations)

Landing pages and conversion funnels

CRM and lifecycle automation (email, push, in-app messaging)

Campaign concepts and supporting materials.

  • Adapt tone and messaging across different funnel stages.
  • Write clear, compliant content for regulated financial products.
  • Work closely with:

PPC and Growth teams to improve acquisition and conversion rates

Automation and CRM teams to optimize lifecycle communication.

  • Translate complex financial products and concepts into clear, persuasive, user-focused messaging.
  • Continuously iterate content based on performance data, testing results, and funnel insights.
  • Contribute to messaging frameworks, value propositions, and content structures across channels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 4+ years of professional content writing experience, with significant exposure to performance-driven environments.
  • Direct experience in fintech, forex, CFD, crypto, trading, or other regulated financial industries.
  • Proven experience writing content for acquisition and conversion funnels, not just long-form editorial content.
  • Strong understanding of:

User acquisition and conversion mechanics

Funnel-based messaging and A/B testing

Regulatory and compliance constraints in financial advertising

  • Ability to work with legal and compliance feedback and integrate it efficiently into creative output.
  • Fluent English, written and spoken (mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver under performance pressure.

Nice to have:

  • Experience supporting multiple markets and regions (EU, MENA, LATAM, etc.)
  • Experience collaborating closely with PPC and Growth teams rather than working in isolation
  • Ability to think in campaigns, not just individual texts
