Job Description

PropXP is a fast-growing prop firm that has been in the market for about a year and is now expanding our team. As we continue scaling, we're looking for a dedicated Copywriter to help strengthen our brand presence and support our marketing and communication efforts.

Job Requirements

  • Strong copywriting and editing skills, with a clear, persuasive writing style.
  • Experience in the FinTech, trading, or prop firm industry, must understand trader mindset, terminology, and tone.
  • Solid understanding of SEO and content optimization, with the ability to apply best practices.
  • Experience with customer journeys and funnel-oriented copywriting.
  • Experience using email automation tools such as Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar.
  • Proven experience with email flows, retention strategy, triggers, and segmentation.
  • Ability to manage multiple content streams with strong attention to detail.
  • Structured, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership of brand messaging.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with designers and marketing leadership.

Job Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining all content on the PropXP website, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand guidelines.
  • Keeping FAQs, offers, product descriptions, and all key website assets fully updated.
  • Preparing and executing email campaigns together with the marketing team.
  • Building, managing, and optimizing email flows—including lifecycle triggers, retention sequences, and segmentation.
  • Developing the communication structure and infrastructure for our email marketing strategy.
  • Collaborating closely with the Head of Social Media, designers, and content producers to ensure unified messaging across all platforms.
  • Supporting brand-building efforts through Trustpilot, Discord, and other community channels.
  • Contributing to the growth strategy for PropXP and potentially for future brands in our ecosystem.
  • Ensuring all website, email, community, and social content adheres to brand standards and communicates effectively.
