Day-to-Day at AscendAd :

• Responsible for the strategy and laying the foundation of the company's mobile publishers activity.
• Monitor the daily, weekly, and monthly progress of the team to ensure goals are met and potential is maximized.
• Conduct in-depth operational research and analysis, staying up to date with relevant platforms, trackers, and new industry trends.
• Develop the operational strategy, defining workflows, rules, and best practices for global account and campaign management teams.
• Act as a mentor and point of expertise for all matters within your area of responsibility.
• Create and present performance and strategy reports to company management.
• Take ownership of systems and platforms at a high level, ensuring operational excellence and effective troubleshooting.
• Collaborate closely with tech and product teams, bringing a strong technical understanding to the table.
• Oversee complex operational processes, ensuring they are executed efficiently and to the highest standard.
• Identify opportunities for growth and optimization, maintaining a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
• Bring a hands-on approach, willing to dive into operational tasks as needed.

What We're Looking For :

• 3+ years of experience in the ad-tech industry.
• Proven experience managing high-scale global publisher or affiliate relations.
• Strong analytical abilities, capable of identifying trends and drawing actionable insights from data.
• Excellent technical knowledge, including deep understanding of tracking and attribution cycles (MMPS).
• Extensive experience with industry tools such as Appsflyer, Adjust, and similar tracking platforms.
• Strong troubleshooting capabilities and familiarity with system-level operations.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders and manage processes from start to finish.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English is a must.

• Hands-on attitude and readiness to take ownership of tasks and challenges.
• BA studies in a relevant field – an advantage.
