We are looking for a skilled and experienced Structural Engineer to join our technical team. The role involves delivering structural solutions for residential and commercial buildings — from design through to completion. You will work closely with architects, contractors, and consultants to ensure safe, cost-efficient, and code-compliant structural designs. It is a full-time office position in Paphos, Cyprus.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and review structural design concepts, analysis, and detailed calculations
  • Conduct finite element analysis (FEA) and simulations to test load performance, deflection, seismic behavior, etc.
  • Verify compliance of designs with EUROCODE (2 and 8 proficient level) standards and local building regulations
  • Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure design integration
  • Prepare and/or review structural documentation for permit applications and construction
  • Oversee the implementation of structural systems on-site, including inspections and technical supervision
  • Evaluate alternative materials or systems for cost-effectiveness and performance
  • Liaise with local authorities, consultants, and contractors throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Structural Engineer.
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's degree is an advantage)
  • Fluent English and Greek
  • Strong knowledge of finite element methodology and manual structural calculations.
  • Proficient in advanced structural software (e.g., Dlubal (RFEM) ,SCIA, Robot Structural Analysis, MIDAS , ETABS or equivalent)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
