What youll do

  • Welcome and assist clients: provide attentive customer service from their first contact onward, guiding them through financial or transactional processes and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.
  • Manage client accounts: advise clients about company services and products, handle inquiries, negotiate as needed, and maintain long-term relationships to support satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, operations, support) to coordinate services, resolve client issues, and ensure clients needs are met thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Use office software and systems to document interactions, manage client data, and contribute to accurate, up-to-date record keeping.
  • Provide a high level of professionalism, clear communication (in Hebrew and English), and a client oriented attitude, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality.

What were looking for

  • Native or fluent Hebrew (speaking and writing), plus a good command of English to communicate with a diverse, multicultural team.
  • Proven experience in customer facing or client service roles; background in sales, finance or account management is a strong plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills confident, empathetic and capable of managing client relationships professionally.
  • Bachelors degree in business, finance or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (or similar tools), good organisational skills, and a proactive, service oriented mindset.
