About The Role
We are a rapidly expanding global multi-asset brokerage firm, seeking a Client Retention Agent to join our dynamic team. Our mission is to empower traders with cutting-edge technology and robust infrastructure, ensuring they have the tools to succeed in today's fast-paced financial markets. Despite our global reach, we remain committed to personalized service, making sure every client feels valued and supported.

We are looking for an ambitious and proactive Client Retention Agent to strengthen and grow our client relationships. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining client satisfaction, driving retention, and supporting overall business growth. You will develop and execute effective retention strategies, provide trading guidance, analyze client data, and collaborate with internal teams to enhance performance.

Your mission

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, delivering personalized, world-class service, support, and guidance.
  • Respond to client questions, concerns, and challenges professionally and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance on our services and platforms to support ongoing trading activity.
  • Use data and analytics to monitor client behavior, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Keep accurate, compliant, and up-to-date client information in our CRM system.
  • Meet and strive to exceed retention and engagement targets.

Your profile

  • Strong commitment to building trust-based client relationships and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Experience in client retention, account management, or customer success.
  • Background in forex or trading is a strong advantage.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools and analyzing client data.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proactive, client-focused attitude with a drive to exceed expectations and achieve targets.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
