Art Consultant

We are looking for an Art Consultant with 5+ years of experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders to join our Cyprus office (this could be as an architect, interior designer, gallerist, project manager, engineer, etc.). This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in a different field to use their experience to lead projects that shape the cultural and visual identity of some of the world's most iconic spaces, working alongside the world's leading architecture and design firms.

The Art Consultant will guide art curation projects from the creative concept through delivery to installation on site, working alongside artists, architects, designers, and clients.

Responsibilities:

Project Leadership

• Take ownership of art curation projects, leading them from concept and design development through to delivery and installation.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, approvals, and deliverables with precision.

Creative

• Curate and propose artworks that align with design narratives and commercial goals.
• Collaborate with architects and interior designers to ensure seamless integration of art into schemes.
• Prepare engaging presentations that clearly communicate the creative vision.

Client Communication

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and designers.
• Provide regular updates, lead presentations, and build lasting relationships.
• Confidently manage client expectations and proactively resolve challenges.

Coordination & Delivery

• Coordinate artists, vendors, and logistics for framing, production, and installation.
• Prepare clear installation guides for clients and site teams.
• Ensure design intent is maintained on site, coordinating with contractors and consultants as needed.
