The Opportunity: What You Will Do

This dynamic role is perfect for someone who thrives on the move and values making a positive impact on a customer's day. You will be the friendly, professional face of Cartridge World, ensuring smooth operations and strong customer satisfaction.

  • Logistics & Delivery:
    Efficiently deliver printer cartridges, office supplies, and IT solutions to individuals and businesses across Limassol.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
    Act as the primary liaison, building rapport and understanding customers' ongoing print and IT needs.
  • Service Excellence:
    Ensure every interaction is professional, polite, and helpful, upholding our high standards of customer service.
  • Feedback & Growth:
    Communicate valuable customer feedback and potential sales/service opportunities back to the internal team for follow-up and business development.
  • Independent Management:
    Effectively manage your daily delivery schedule and route to ensure timely service.

What We're Looking For (Your Profile)

  • Required Languages:
    Fluency in both
    Greek and English
    is essential.
  • Driving Credentials:
    A clean and valid driving license.
  • Communication Skills:
    Strong, clear, and confident communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Work Ethic:
    Highly proactive, reliable, organized, and capable of working independently.
