Your Role:
As our
Affiliate Manager
, you'll play a key role in driving the success of Delasport's affiliate marketing program. You'll be part of a team of 4–5 Affiliate Specialists, nurture impactful partnerships, and lead data-driven strategies to drive acquisition and profitability.

How You'll Make an Impact:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing affiliate partners
  • Design and execute innovative strategies to boost acquisition, retention, and ROI
  • Analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights to continuously improve results
  • Lead negotiations with partners to secure fair, beneficial terms
  • Ensure compliance with all regulations and company standards
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, finance, and product
  • Stay on top of affiliate trends, tools, and innovations—especially in the iGaming space

Who You Are:

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • You bring 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, in the online gambling industry
  • You understand industry regulations and affiliate compliance requirements
  • You're analytical, results-oriented, and love turning data into growth
  • You're a confident negotiator and relationship builder
  • You know your way around affiliate tools and platforms
  • You communicate clearly and effectively—whether it's with partners or your team
  • You're a team player, ready to collaborate, innovate, and grow with us
