We're VegasNova, an online casino brand that's growing fast and having a blast while doing it. From exciting games to solid customer support, we're all about making the player experience top-tier. Right now, we're looking for a sharp, motivated Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our crew in-house at our office in Limassol, Cyprus.

If you've got iGaming experience and you know affiliate marketing like the back of your hand, you'll fit right in.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of affiliate partners — you'll know what works and how to scale it.
  • Find new affiliates, build strong relationships, and bring in quality traffic.
  • Support our existing affiliates and help them hit their goals.
  • Handle contracts, negotiate deals, and make sure everything runs smoothly.
  • Keep an eye on performance and optimize based on real data.
  • Be in regular contact with your affiliate network — emails, calls, face-to-face when needed.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of affiliate marketing experience in iGaming.
  • A solid background in online marketing or sales.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written). Bonus points for other languages.
  • You're a natural communicator and negotiator.
  • You're organized, results-driven, and great with numbers.
