We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Counsel to join our legal team

Your Responsibilities Will Include

• Support in reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a wide range of contracts and legal documents, ensuring compliance with applicable laws and company policies
• Assist in legal aspects of equity investments and corporate transactions
• Conduct legal research and risk assessments to support business operations and decision-making
• Monitor and help manage the company's trademark and intellectual property portfolio in coordination with external partners
• Help ensure compliance with corporate governance requirements, including the renewal and maintenance of licenses and regulatory filings across various jurisdictions
• Support internal stakeholders on a range of legal topics including commercial, employment, data protection, and cross-border matters
• Track legal developments and legislative changes that may affect the business and proactively share insights with relevant teams
• Assist in preparing documentation for board and shareholder meetings when needed
• Manage administrative legal tasks and maintain organized and up-to-date legal records and databases
• Other tasks as assigned

What You Will Need

• Bachelor's degree in Law; a Master's degree or additional legal qualifications will be considered a plus
• 3+ years of post-qualification experience as an in-house Legal Counsel
• Exposure to corporate law, commercial contracts, and/or equity investment transactions
• Strong attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach to work
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Greek
• Solid organizational and record-keeping abilities
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
