Kanika Hotels & Resorts is seeking a highly skilled
Senior Procurement Officer
to join our Head Office team. This is a pivotal role in managing the end-to-end procurement process for both consumables and non-consumables across our award-winning hotels, with a strong focus on construction-related and technical categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead procurement cycles from request to delivery, ensuring transparency, cost-efficiency, and value.
  • Translate detailed specifications into clear procurement requirements for technical, construction, and engineering-related items.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and secure agreements aligned with project timelines and budget.
  • Coordinate closely with hotel teams, project managers, and engineers to ensure quality standards are met for FF&E, MEP, and construction materials.
  • Oversee delivery schedules, quality control, warranties, and after-sales service for technical and construction-related procurements.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.

What We're Looking For

  • Academic Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related), Supply Chain, or Business.
  • Experience:
    At least 5 years in procurement or 3 years in a senior role, ideally with exposure to construction procurement or technical sourcing.
  • Skills:
    Strong negotiation, analytical ability, attention to detail, and project management.
  • Mindset:
    Accountable, deadline-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
