Customer & Payments Officer
Supports both online and retail operations by assisting customers, processing payments, resolving technical and betting-related issues, and ensuring compliance with KYC procedures.
Your role:
- Customer Assistance (Online & Retail):
Supports customers via live chat, email, phone, and internal messaging for both online and retail operations, including betting issues, payments, account guidance, and general inquiries. - Customer Payments
: Processes, verifies, and troubleshoots customer payments and transactions, ensuring secure and accurate handling of financial operations. - Technical Support:
Troubleshoots and coordinates resolution of technical problems for customers and retail agents. - Account & KYC Management:
Conducts client onboarding, verifies customer identity, evaluates KYC documentation, and ensures client records are accurately maintained in the CRM system. - Collaboration & Escalation:
Works closely with internal departments (e.g., Risk, Compliance) to resolve customer issues and escalates complaints or concerns as appropriate. - Reporting & Administrative Support:
Prepares and submits reports upon request and assists with operational tasks across teams as needed.
What profile we are looking for:
- Holder of a BSc degree.
- Ability to work in shifts (5 days per week).
- Prior relevant experience is considered a plus.
- Fluent in Greek and English (written and verbal).
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Problem-solving skills.
