Wise Wolves Group is actively seeking new talent, acknowledging that our people are the cornerstone of our strength and the assurance of our future success. Currently, we're in search of a Back Office Officer for our Digital Assets business.
You will help us with:
  • Supporting necessary records for clients' post-trade processing, payments with DA
  • Assisting daily and monthly reconciliations ensuring the accurate reporting to the Senior Management
  • Engaging in effective communication with external parties to promptly address and resolve any operational issues.
  • Participating in updating all the information within internal systems, aligning data with current regulatory standards
  • Ensuring the timely submission of all required reports to relevant authorities, including MiCA
  • Assisting the reporting process to clients, placing emphasis on the accuracy and completeness of data
  • Guarantying company's compliance with all relevant CASS regulations and guidelines issued by the CYSEC
  • Handling projects related to automation and development within the Back Office internal software
You will be a good fit if you have:
  • University degree in Finance or any other related field
  • Proven experience within back-office operations in any financial organization
  • Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve discrepancies promptly
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, strong attention to details
  • Language proficiency in English
  • Computer literacy
