Job Title: Part-Time Hybrid Graphic Designer

Location: Limassol, Cyprus / Hybrid (Remote & On-site)

We are a dynamic creative - marketing agency seeking a talented and creative Part-Time Hybrid Graphic Designer to join our growing team. As a graphic designer at our agency, you'll play an essential role in crafting visually stunning designs for our clients across a range of industries. From digital assets to print materials, you'll be responsible for bringing our clients' brands to life and helping them stand out in competitive markets.

Key Responsibilities:


• Design for Clients: Create high-quality, on-brand visual assets for a variety of clients across different industries, including logos, social media graphics, websites, email templates, brochures, and other marketing materials.


• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with our marketing, content, and strategy teams to develop cohesive design concepts that align with client goals and brand identities.


• Brand Development: Design and refine branding materials, ensuring consistency and creativity across all touchpoints.


• Design Execution: Develop layouts, select color schemes, typography, and imagery that meet the specific needs of each client, while adhering to brand guidelines.

Requirements:


• Proven Experience: A strong portfolio that showcases your ability to create compelling, high-quality designs for both digital and print platforms.


• Design Software Proficiency: Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar design tools.


• Creative & Strategic Thinking: Ability to combine creative design skills with strategic thinking to produce impactful, results-driven designs for clients.


• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams.


• Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.


• Work Environment: This is a part-time hybrid position. You will have the flexibility to work remotely, with occasional in-person meetings or collaboration sessions at our office.
