Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and creative
Junior Digital Designer
to join our fast-paced iGaming company. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, has a good eye for detail, and can create engaging visual assets for multiple marketing channels. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to produce high-quality creatives that enhance the user experience and strengthen our brand identity.

As a Digital Designer, you will be:

  • Designing and developing creative assets for digital platforms, including banners, social media and websites.
  • Translating brand guidelines into visually engaging content.
  • Working closely with the marketing and creative teams to deliver consistent brand messaging.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and creative solutions to the table.

A portfolio showcasing your design work, preferably with examples of digital marketing assets it is required to be provided together with your application.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and adapt marketing assets for various platforms (desktop, mobile, social media, affiliates, etc.).
  • Create banners, landing pages, interstitials, email headers, and promotional visuals for campaigns.
  • Ensure that all designs follow brand guidelines and maintain a consistent look and feel.
  • Support senior designers with asset production and file preparation for delivery.
  • Edit and resize existing creatives for different formats and markets.
  • Maintain organized files and follow proper naming and saving procedures.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, especially in iGaming design.

What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
  • Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
  • A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Good knowledge of design principles, typography, and composition.
  • Brilliant communication and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and oral).
  • Knowledge of web design principles and UI/UX best practices.
  • Knowledge of the iGaming or online casino industry is a plus but not essential.
