a Group of companies - who provides support services in different fields - Marketing, Fintech, IT etc.,
we are looking to hire a
Junior Corporate Administrator
to provide comprehensive administrative support to their corporate team in Paphos. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office administrative operations, ensure precise record-keeping, organize schedules, and contribute to decisions based on data insights.
Responsibilities:
- General management of office administration, as well as handling email exchange.
- Maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records and databases.
- Coordination and management of meetings and appointments.
- Collect, organize, and summarize data to support internal reporting and decision-making.
- Conduct research as required and prepare drafts for internal and external communications.
- Support in preparing reports, presentations and general documentation.
- Utilize analytical thinking to interpret data and assist with project initiatives.
- Collaboration with internal departments and external stakeholders in a professional manner when needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in administration, preferably within banking/financial/corporate environment.
- Excellent communication skills, time management skills – able to plan, prioritize and organize.
- Excellent written and verbal command in English.
- Experienced in drafting documents and conducting research.
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Google workspace.
- Understanding corporate protocols and compliance obligations would be desired.
- Experience in handling confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and integrity would be desired.
- Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness, taking proactive steps.
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and highly adaptable.
- Excellent interpersonal abilities, fostering collaborative and constructive relationships across teams.
