This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Manager at Antoniou McCollum & Co., a boutique Cyprus law firm based in the Old Town of Nicosia, Cyprus.

The
Front Desk Manager
will be a crucial member of our team, holding a unique position in our boutique environment and being a key person our clients and other parties will interact with.

Job description


• Lead reception desk of the law firm


• Manage telephone calls professionally and diligently


• Coordinate suppliers (couriers, consumables)


• Communicate with international clients


•
Handle office administration and stationery


• Set up and coordinate client meetings and internal meetings


• Assist legal team with documentation, correspondence and submissions to public authorities.

Requirements


• Complete fluency in English and Greek


• Strong organisational and administrative skills


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal


• Attention to detail, diligence, punctuality and time management skills


• Ability to manage client communications and liaise effectively with an international audience and local parties

A bachelor's degree in a relevant field may be considered an advantage. Prior experience at a top tier law firm or a top tier professional services environment may be considered an advantage.
