About Elysian

Elysian Kitchen & Bar is a pioneering vegetarian dining concept in Nicosia, blending creativity, wellness, and hospitality excellence. Our mission is to offer exceptional food and service inspired by nature, sustainability, and innovation. We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager
 to oversee day-to-day operations and help drive the next phase of Elysian's growth.

Role Summary

The 
Operations Manager
 is responsible for leading all front- and back-of-house operations, ensuring smooth daily performance, team coordination, and consistent delivery of high-quality service. This role reports directly to the Managing Director and collaborates closely with the kitchen, service, and marketing teams to achieve operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and adherence to Elysian standards.
  • Manage and support all staff across front-of-house and kitchen teams, including scheduling, training, and performance reviews.
  • Prepare for the expansion and franchise of the business,
  • Monitor service quality, guest feedback, and operational efficiency to ensure a consistent five-star guest experience.
  • Oversee stock management, ordering, and supplier relations to ensure cost control and product quality.
  • Support financial management through daily cash control, budgeting, and cost analysis.
  • Implement and maintain operational systems, checklists, and procedures for consistency and accountability.
  • Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events to support special events, promotions, and partnerships.
  • Drive continuous improvement, motivate the team, and cultivate a positive and professional working environment.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality operations management.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Financial and analytical acumen with an understanding of cost control and P&L.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Greek.
  • Passion for hospitality, wellness, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Knowledge of sustainability and vegetarian or plant-based concepts is an advantage.
