We are looking for a
PSP Integration Analyst
to join our Business Operations team. This role sits at the center of our Funding/PSP operations and our internal Technology teams. Your mission is to ensure our payment methods are properly integrated, maintained, and continuously optimized for performance across all markets.

What You'll Do:

  • Support the integration of new PSPs and payment methods by reviewing documentation, preparing requirements, and coordinating with technical teams.
  • Perform sandbox and UAT testing to validate functionality and ensure accurate callback and data mapping.
  • Monitor live payment flows and assist in diagnosing transaction issues using logs, dashboards, and PSP portals.
  • Liaise with PSP support teams to raise, track, and resolve technical issues.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation for integrations, processes, and configuration settings.
  • Assist the Funding and Back Office teams with operational payment inquiries.
  • Track PSP status updates, API changes, and operational advisories, ensuring internal teams are informed.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in payments, financial services, FinTech, FX, or similar environments.
  • Familiarity with PSPs, card processing, payment authentication, and basic fraud controls.
  • Ability to understand and interpret API requests, JSON responses, callbacks, and log data (no coding required).
  • Strong analytical skills and structured troubleshooting approach.
  • Able to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical teams.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive approach to issue tracking and follow-through.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with PSP dashboards, Postman, Jira, Confluence, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of 3DS2 flows and issuer/PSP decline behaviors.
  • Previous experience supporting production payment systems.
