Strategy and Competition Analyst
to join our team.

Your role at HFM
:

• Conducting market research on the trading industry to identify global trends.
• Conducting competitor analysis, including tracking major activities, development and competitor characteristics.
• Analyzing internal and external data or KPIs related to company performance, customer feedback, operational performance, etc to identify insights and improvement areas.
• Supporting the development of the annual business plan capturing the company's strategy and targets.
• Creating presentations, reports or dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders (e.g. senior management).

Requirements
What You Bring:

• BSc/BA in a quantitative field, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in a similar position such as strategic planning, competitive intelligence, strategy consulting, or other
• Experience in a similar position in a financial services organisation will be considered a strong advantage.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken. Other languages considered a plus.
• Ability to work with numbers; strong analytical skills are vital.
• Problem solver attitude, ability to find solutions and workarounds in business problems (e.g. when data is incomplete).
• Ability to synthesize complex information and make data-driven recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to present findings and insights to senior audiences.
• Ability to see the big picture and anticipate future trends and challenges.
• Ability to work effectively across different functions (e.g., Product, Finance, Operations) and foster collaboration among diverse teams (topic-wise and geography-wise).
• Strong ethical compass and commitment to the highest standards of integrity.
