The successful candidate will be part of a dynamic, results -drivenmarketing team within a leading global broker. The role is ideal for ananalytical thinker who thrives in a fast -paced environment and is passionateabout leveraging data to drive marketing performance. Yourrole at HFM:Design, implement, and maintainreporting frameworks to monitor marketing operations and performance.Conduct in -depth data analysis touncover opportunities for growth and cost efficiencies.Evaluate marketing -business metrics andprovide ROI analysis for marketing campaigns.Analyse large datasets and deliveractionable recommendations to support marketing objectives.Develop user demographics, behaviourinsights, and segmentation strategies for optimised targeting.Build and maintain marketing dashboardsfor tracking KPIs and campaign performance.Collaborate with marketing teams toidentify data needs and deliver insightful solutions.Plan and analyse A/B tests to improvekey marketing KPIs.Transform complex marketing questionsinto quantifiable metrics and insights.Utilise product usage data to developpredictive customer retention models.Conduct customer lifetime valueanalysis and spending benchmarks.Measure and analyse the impact ofsegmentation and targeting strategies.Continuously drive improvements in datasources, predictive analytics, and automation processes.Requirements BS/MSc in Marketing, Mathematics,Statistics, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.3+ experience in analysing and optimising email remarketing campaigns to improve customer retention and conversion rates.Experience in the financial, fintech,or FX services industry is an advantage.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel(a must) and proficiency in data visualisation tools like Power BI or Tableau.Advanced skills in SQL and knowledge ofPython for data analysis.Hands -on experience with GoogleAnalytics, Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Criteo, and various media buyingplatforms.Strong ability to analyse marketingperformance, interpret complex data sets, and provide clear insights.Meticulous when working with data toensure accuracy and quality.Ability to manage multiple tasks,prioritise workload, and work efficiently under pressure.Excellent verbal and writtencommunication skills in English.Eagerness for ongoing professionaldevelopment and upskilling in marketing analytics.Applicants must be eligible or have legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.BenefitsHybrid Work Model (up to 2 days working from home).22 days of Annual Leave (reachingup to 30 days per year based on years' service).Comprehensive Health& Life Insurance (from day one).Friday afternoons offin Summer (July &August).Birthday Leave.Gym Membership (Larnaca).Referral Bonus.Paid Time Off forTraining & Education.
