We're looking for a versatile 
Graphic Designer
 to join Alphamega's Marketing Department and support all creative output across digital screens, video content, and printable materials.

This role is ideal for someone who is both highly creative and technically skilled, with a passion for visual communication that enhances brand presence in-store and across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, adapt, and deliver high-quality visuals for digital screens and channels, including static content, motion graphics, and videos.
  • Execute video editing and animation tasks using Adobe After Effects or equivalent tools.
  • Produce creative assets for a wide range of marketing needs: in-store displays, social media, printables, promotional materials, and corporate communication.
  • Adapt designs across multiple formats, aspect ratios, and sizes while maintaining brand consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with other designers and marketeers to understand campaign needs and ensure timely delivery of all visual material.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming and contribute to the development of new visual concepts.
  • Assist with product photography, image editing, and other creative tasks when required.

Requirements:

  • 3 years of minimum proven experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in retail, consumer goods, or fast-paced marketing environments.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and video-editing.
  • Solid understanding of motion graphics, layouts, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset capable of bringing ideas to life.
  • Team-oriented attitude with the ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Fluency in Greek and English.
  • Degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is considered an advantage.
