As their Interior Designer, you will bring your creative vision, impeccable taste, and strong organizational skills to every project. You will be responsible for crafting exceptional interior environments while managing supplier relationships, product sourcing, and logistics to ensure flawless execution.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop interior concepts and design schemes that reflect the company's creative vision and client needs
  • Create mood boards, presentations, floor plans, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate ideas
  • Source, select, and specify furniture, finishes, fixtures, and decorative items with a sharp eye for detail and style
  • Negotiate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to secure the best pricing, timelines, and quality
  • Oversee and coordinate deliveries, installations, and on-site styling, ensuring design intent is executed perfectly
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and team members to align interior designs with project goals
  • Stay on top of emerging trends, materials, and design innovations to keep our spaces fresh and forward-thinking

CANDIDATE PROFILE

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or a related field
  • Professional international experience and is well-versed in new methods, trends, and materials
  • Proven experience in supplier management, negotiation, and logistics coordination
  • Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
  • The ideal designer should be proficient with modern AI tools, quick-thinking, and highly creative, with the ability to think beyond conventional approaches.
  • Excellent sense of style, color, proportion, and spatial planning
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Fluency in English; Greek is a plus
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a passion for creative problem-solving
