Interior Design Operations Associate

who can own the full interior execution cycle — from client quotations to ordering, stock coordination, and final delivery — ensuring every project is delivered on time, on budget, and to Molivin's quality standards. This role sits at the intersection of design, commercial execution, and operations, and is ideal for someone who enjoys both creative decision-making and operational responsibility.

What you will be doing:

  • Prepare interior proposals and detailed quotations for clients, as well as customization options.
  • Turn approved client designs into orders, placing purchase orders and working directly with suppliers.
  • Work closely with the Operations team to check stock availability and coordinate deliveries and installations.
  • Coordinate with Procurement and Logistics to make sure all furniture and accessories are delivered on time and to the correct properties.
  • Prepare and manage detailed furniture and cost breakdowns, making sure quotations, orders, and final installations all match.

Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience and a degree or relevant qualification in Interior Design (or related field).
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop and strong presentation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with strong self-organization and a proven ability to thrive in a team environment.
  • A meticulous eye for detail, able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines efficiently.
  • Proactive and resourceful, with the ability to create automations or streamline processes to improve workflow efficiency.
