Role Description

We are seeking an experienced
Recruitment Specialist (Middle–Senior level)
to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis at our Limassol office. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and contributing to strategic HR initiatives that support business growth and talent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job intake to offer stage
  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Telegram, HH, and others)
  • Identify, engage, and assess candidates in line with business requirements
  • Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent stages with hiring managers
  • Maintain accurate and structured recruitment pipelines, reports, and hiring metrics
  • Communicate professionally with candidates in
    Russian and English
  • Support employer branding initiatives and internal HR projects
  • Ensure a consistent, positive, and professional candidate experience

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum
    2 years of experience
    in recruitment or HR (agency or in-house)
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher
  • Interest or experience in
    Forex, digital, or technology-driven industries
  • Strong sourcing, research, and market-mapping skills
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • High level of attention to detail with an analytical approach
