About the Company:
Join a leading Forex company in Limassol and be part of a dynamic team committed to excellence in HR operations. Your role as an HR Administrator will be crucial in maintaining efficient HR processes and supporting the company's growth.
Responsibilities:
- Organise and maintain personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Update internal databases, including records of annual leave, visas, and other employee-related information.
- Prepare HR documents such as employment agreements and HR policies.
- Assist in revising and updating company policies in alignment with HR regulations.
- Address employees' queries regarding HR-related issues promptly and professionally.
- Support the recruitment processes by scheduling interviews, liaising with candidates, and maintaining recruitment records.
- Undertake any other HR-specific duties as required by the Group HR Manager.
Requirements:
- Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of labour legislation applicable in Cyprus.
- Critical thinking skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, preferably in a similar industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Remuneration Package:
- Working hours: 07:00 – 16:00.
- Salary range: €1500-1800, negotiable based on experience.
- 21 days annual leave.
