Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated Data Analyst to join CFI Team. In this role, you will leverage data to optimize our user journeys from lead generation to trading, and guide our team towards data-driven decision making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform statistical analysis
  • Research, analyze, and interpret market trends and best practices in data analytics.
  • Analyze and interpret data from various sources such as landing pages, websites, social media, onboarding, Trading App, Client Portal etc….
  • Map user journeys and create events from the stage of leads, conversions, funding, to trading, identifying key patterns and trends.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to understand market trends, the most trafficked or featured products, and inform our product strategy.
  • Monitor and analyze key market indicators and competitor performance, reporting findings to the relevant teams.
  • Develop and manage balanced scorecards with numerous metrics to estimate strategic objectives for various business units. Design automated dashboards in tools like Tableau for easy access and understanding of these metrics.
  • Develop and implement data models and analysis frameworks.
  • Develop insightful reports and presentations summarizing key findings and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Marketing, Sales, Data Scientists, Engineering, Development, Design) to ensure data alignment and consistency across different metrics.
  • Use statistical tools to interpret data sets, focusing on trends and patterns that can drive diagnostic and predictive analytics efforts.
  • Continuously learn and explore new data analysis techniques and tools.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality concerning the company's data.

 

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  2. Proven work experience as a Data Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role.
  3. Expertise in using data visualization and analysis tools like Amplitude, Firebase, Tableau, etc.
  4. Knowledge of data gathering, cleaning, and transforming techniques.
  5. Strong knowledge of and experience with reporting packages, databases, and programming.
  6. Deep understanding of the online trading industry and user behavior trends.
  7. Proficient in statistical analysis, quantitative analytics, forecasting/predictive analytics, multivariate testing, and optimization algorithms.
  8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  9. Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
