Sales and Business Development Manager

We’ve grown a lot since our founding in 2017, having sold more than 25m+ in assets in 2023 alone -- and that’s just the beginning. We’re now planning sizable acquisitions to allow us to triple our size in 2024.

What you will focus on:
- Establish relationships and network with major real estate agents and real estate funds
- Present Square One’s value proposition, the essence of our business, and the benefits our product and services offer to both real estate agents and direct customers
- Clearly articulate Square One’s investment value proposition to clients via presentations of cash flows, in-depth market analysis, ROI analysis
- Negotiate with clients and lawyer payment terms, pricing, prepayment/discount options
- Build international relationships with real estate agents, lawyer, immigration offices via proactive research on linkedin, seminars, webinars, roadshow
What we are looking for:
- Degree in engineering or business administration will be considered an advantage
- At least 3 years of work experience in the residential or commercial real estate sector, be it in a construction group, real estate fund, developer, real estate asset manager.
- Strong experience in financial, economic and architectural analysis of new real estate / property developments.
- Financial and business savvy, with a proven track record in negotiating acquisition or sales contracts
- Knowledge of the local urbanistic law.
- Fluency Hebrew and/or Russian language will be considered an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Entrepreneurial curiosity and can-do attitude suitable in a fast-growth, startup environment.
