What you will focus on:

  • Establish relationships and network with major real estate agents and real estate funds
  • Present Square One’s value proposition, the essence of our business, and the benefits our product and services offer to both real estate agents and direct customers
  • Clearly articulate Square One’s investment value proposition to clients via presentations of cash flows, in-depth market analysis, ROI analysis
  • Negotiate with clients and lawyer payment terms, pricing, prepayment/discount options
  • Build international relationships with real estate agents, lawyer, immigration offices via proactive research on linkedin, seminars, webinars, roadshow

What we are looking for:

  • Degree in engineering or business administration will be considered an advantage
  • At least 3 years of work experience in the residential or commercial real estate sector, be it in a construction group, real estate fund, developer, real estate asset manager.
  • Strong experience in financial, economic and architectural analysis of new real estate / property developments.
  • Financial and business savvy, with a proven track record in negotiating acquisition or sales contracts
  • Knowledge of the local urbanistic law.
  • Fluency Hebrew and/or Russian language will be considered an advantage
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Entrepreneurial curiosity and can-do attitude suitable in a fast-growth, startup environment.
