What You'll Be Working On

  • Office arrangement and maintenance (equipment, stationary, household cleaners, food and drinks);
  • Search for service companies to organize office work (cleaning, power supply, etc.)
  • Provide general support to all employees;
  • Secretary duties, documents processing;
  • PA: Assist with personal tasks and responsibilities, including family matters, appointments, shopping, and special projects
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism at all times;

What You Need To Succeed In This Role

  • fluent in English and Russian (Greek is a great plus);
  • 1+ year(s) of relevant experience;
  • Great knowledge of Limassol;
  • Experience in budget tracking;
  • Multitasking, attention to detail;
  • Proactive approach and friendly attitude to people;
  • Sociability and good communication skills;
  • Having a car is a great plus
