The company has been in operation since 2001. It`s one of the first brokers to offer an actual online trading experience. This included an intuitive web trading platform and online funding instead of lengthy bank transfers. The company`s pioneering spirit has helped bring the clients innovations like Bitcoin Base Currency Accounts. This type of account allows Bitcoin traders to hold their crypto-funds but also use them for trading 200+ instruments (without transferring Bitcoin to FIAT currencies) and withdraw Bitcoin back to their wallet, all without needing a cryptocurrency exchange. Negative balance protection, free guaranteed stop loss, and take profit have been standard features on all accounts since its founding in 2001.

About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the global HR operations and work strategically alongside the senior leadership team. This role is dynamic and requires a creative and highly driven individual who possesses a genuine passion for cultivating a positive company culture, fostering employee engagement, and establishing meaningful connections.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Proactively translate business needs and strategies into HR solutions
  • Lead and enhance the training & development, performance management and recruitment strategies
  • Manage the entire HR lifecycle from hiring and onboarding to retention strategies
  • Provide expert advice and skillfully manage employee relation issues to maintain a harmonious work environment
  • Actively manage and develop the local HR team, fostering a culture of growth and collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to drive impactful solutions and strategies for company-wide programs and initiatives
  • Cultivate and foster a positive and engaging company culture that aligns with easyMarkets core values
  • Monitor and ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, offering guidance on employment law matters and aligning policies accordingly
  • Offer mentorship and coaching to both employees and managers to support their professional growth and development
  • Proactively manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet organizational objectives
  • Administer and manage employee benefits and compensation programs to support employee well-being and satisfaction
  • Generate insightful reports on recruitment and employee data to inform strategic decision-making processes

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate or postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management
  • CIPD qualification is desirable
  • 5+ years work experience in a managerial Human Resource Management role
  • Strong understanding of local employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • English - Intermediate +
