General Responsibility

This unique role combines traditional HR administrative responsibilities with basic marketing tasks to support our HR initiatives and enhance our employer brand. The HR administrator will assist in the operation of key HR functions including, recruitment and selection, onboarding, performance review process, learning and development, maintaining employee records and employee engagement activities. Additionally, the HR administrator will contribute to the employer branding and marketing initiatives by creating content for the company's page, supporting HR and marketing related events and aligning HR communications with overall company branding efforts.

Reporting To

The HR Administrator will report directly to the HR Manager.

Duties will include

HR Responsibilities

  1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting initial candidate assessments.
  2. Support onboarding and offboarding process, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
  3. Coordinate employee training and development programs.
  4. Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, procedures and benefits.
  5. Support performance management processes and maintain related documentation.
  6. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  7. Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Marketing Responsibilities

  1. Assist in developing and implementing employer branding strategies to attract top talent.
  2. Assist the Trident's Group Marketing team with the creation and management of content for the company's page, internal communications and industry related articles.
  3. Support the Trident's Group Marketing team with basic tasks such as updating marketing materials, newsletters and internal communications.
  4. Assist in organizing and promoting events.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields.
  • Proven experience in HR administrative role with some exposure to marketing is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent command of both English and Greek languages
