The role:

As Trade Solutions Analyst, will play a pivotal role in providing support for end-to-end trading platform used by the Group Client facing entities, within dynamic trade solutions division. Trade Support Analyst will provide 24/5 technical support, solve production P1 problems and any system configuration tasks.

Responsibilities will encompass gathering and analysing data to identify pressure points, devising solutions that align with our Group business objectives, and ensuring the successful implementation of operational plans within agreed timelines.

?How you can make a difference:

  • Manage, maintain, support XC/OZ configurations
  • Manage and administer MT4/MT5 trading platforms, including user account setup, configuration, and maintenance
  • Perform all online configuration on both the Bridge, Platform, third party applications
  • Monitor overall performance and up time for the eco system with making sure failover procedure on place, for the FIX engine, Liquidity, and other
  • Monitor daily trading activities of the client facing entities of the Group, such as rejections, latency, NOPs, and slippage
  • Monitor Trading Platform related logs and identify any potential issues
  • Conduct end-to-end trade investigations.
  • Escalate urgent requests with team members
  • Documenting processes and maintain service desk records
  • Preparing training manuals and FAQ materials for easy-access end-user guidance
  • Involve in trading platform related projects

? Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in trading or forex industry
  • Good understanding of the financial markets beneficial, good mathematical ability a must
  • Fluency in MS office
  • Experience in SQL is a plus.
  • Experience in MetaQuotes trading system will be considered a plus
  • Familiarity with PXM and OneZero would be advantageous
  • Fluency in English, any other language is a plus
