We are looking for the perfect colleague to join our Legal team in the Cyprus office. If you have necessary experience and search for a challenging project, then we look forward to receiving your CV.

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of legal documents and agreements, with a primary focus on marketing agreements.
  • Ensure compliance of data transfers with relevant data protection regulations, including CCPA and GDPR.
  • Conduct legal research across various international jurisdictions (primarily the USA) and provide thorough legal analysis.
  • Assess internal processes for GDPR alignment, propose necessary changes, and oversee their implementation.
  • Draft privacy policies and other internal policies to maintain compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Monitor legislative changes and ensure the company's operations remain compliant with new legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • A law degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar legal position, preferably in an international IT company.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, with a focus on English law.
  • Experience in marketing, particularly working with affiliate marketing agreements is a significant advantage.
  • Excellent drafting skills with attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations, including CCPA and GDPR. Experience with U.S. legislation is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Russian and English at C1 level or higher.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and a strong desire to learn and develop in marketing and data protection.
