Role Description
This is a full-time role as a Real Estate Assistant at C.T. PROPERTY. As a Real Estate Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting real estate agents with day-to-day administrative tasks, managing property listings, coordinating property showings, preparing contracts and documents, and providing excellent customer service to clients. This is a hybrid role located in Limassol Municipality, with flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the real estate industry or as an administrative assistant
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in using real estate software and CRM systems
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Knowledge of local real estate laws and regulations
- High level of professionalism and integrity
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
