Limassol, Limassol, Cyprus Nest Investments (Holdings) Ltd Full time

We are seeking a motivated Compliance Officer to join our compliance team. The successful candidate will assist in implementing and maintaining our compliance programs, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements, and supporting the overall compliance strategy of the company and our subsidiaries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance policies and procedures for the holding company and its subsidiaries, including Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CTF) programs.
  • Conduct regular compliance audits and risk assessments across all subsidiaries.
  • Support in maintaining the sanction screening program.
  • Monitor and analyze regulatory developments and update compliance programs accordingly.
  • Provide support in the preparation and submission of regulatory reports for both the holding company and subsidiaries.
  • Assist in the investigation of compliance issues and breaches and contribute to the development of corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date compliance records and documentation for all entities.
  • Support the delivery of compliance training and awareness programs for employees at both the holding company and subsidiaries.
  • Stay up to date with revisions of the legal framework.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-6 years of experience in a compliance role or similar position.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Professional certification in compliance (e.g., CAMS, CGSS) is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic. French and Greek is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and ethical conduct.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with compliance management software tools.
