We are on the lookout for a skilled Technical Support Representative to join our team. This role is crucial for maintaining high-quality technical support and facilitating the seamless integration of our software with client systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver outstanding technical support through chat services, messaging apps, and our ticketing system, ensuring client issues are resolved efficiently.Oversee the setup and continuous updating of external software integrations, ensuring flawless functionality and client satisfaction.Work directly with our development team to refine software integrations and troubleshoot issues, enhancing our product's compatibility and performance.Utilize tools such as Postman for effective API management and maintain meticulous API documentation to support client needs and developer requirements.Actively manage communications with clients about ongoing integrations and updates, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with the progress.Our Ideal Candidate Will Possess:Advanced proficiency in English; knowledge of Russian is a plus.A minimum of 1 year of experience in technical support or a client-facing role within the IT or marketing sectors.Demonstrated experience with API management and external software integrations.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively coordinating between clients and technical teams.A commitment to continuous learning and adaptation in a fast-paced industry.Benefits:Unlock a once-in-a-lifetime chance to join a fully bootstrapped and ready to take-off SAAS company and shape your career with usComfortable office in the heart of Limassol, Cyprus OR Fully Remote job.Ability to grow with the company within transparent grading system.Enjoy a generous vacation package of 21 working days per year.Take advantage of 7 paid sick leaves annually, no doctor's note required.An inclusive and adaptable company culture.Team Buildings and Happy hours.
