Recruit a Sales/Account Manager for a Limassol based team of a well-established international financial holding company. The candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's previous sales and retention experience within the Forex sector, speaking native or near native English. Responsibilities include building relationships with clients, maximizing sales activity, and assisting clients with queries and deposits/withdrawals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients via phone.
  • Actively engage and follow-up with clients.
  • Maximize sales activity and achieve set targets.
  • Assist clients with queries regarding trading.
  • Assist clients with deposits/withdrawals.
  • Minimum of 1 year's previous sales and retention experience within the Forex sector.
  • Knowledge of additional languages like Polish, German, French, Italian is a significant benefit.
  • Proficient in the use of computers.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to work well alone and as part of a team.
