  • Greet Visitors appropriately
  • Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival
  • Maintains security and telecommunications system
  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Assisting with mail deliveries
  • Perform security measures
  • Access control
  • Providing security to the property
  • Report problems
  • Maintains security by following procedures, monitoring logbook when required
  • Keeps a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • Excellent command of English
    • Possess good professional image and excellent phone mannerism
    • Computer literate, working knowledge and experience of MS office/Excel
    • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
    • Trustworthy, reliable, time conscious
    • Customer service attitude
