What are we looking for:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist/Office Administrator to join our team in Limassol. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized at all times.
- Schedule appointments and meetings for staff members.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Coordinate office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels.
- Provide general administrative support to the management team as needed.
Requirements:
- University/College diploma in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year experience as a receptionist, office administrator, or similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluent in Greek and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
