The Role:

Key Responsibilities.

  • Greet and Welcome Patients: Extend a warm and friendly welcome to all patients.
  • Appointment Management: Schedule appointments and assist with patient registration.
  • Communication: Answer phone calls, address inquiries, and provide information about our clinic's services.
  • Coordination: Work closely with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Administrative Tasks: Handle filing, data entry, and record maintenance.
  • Financial Transactions: Process payments, issue receipts, and manage the cash register.
  • Confidentiality and Professionalism: Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with keen attention to detail.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in using computer systems and basic office software.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in both Greek and English is essential.
