- Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with strong hands-on experience in reports and dashboards creation.
- Technical Skills: Proven knowledge of SQL, Excel, and BI reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, SSRS).
- Analytical Skills: Ability to synthesize and analyze complex data from multiple sources.
- Database Knowledge: Familiarity with database logic and principles.
