House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced House Manager to join our team at a prestigious residential and commercial development in Limassol. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the premises, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of service.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Operational Oversight: Ensure the premises are properly maintained indoors and outdoors, exceeding guest expectations.
  • Coordination and Communication: Work closely with Front Desk, Housekeeping, Security, and Maintenance to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
  • Guest Experience: Coordinate with the restaurant and gym to provide an exceptional guest experience.
  • Commercial Awareness: Maintain a high level of commercial awareness and build relationships with internal and external guests.
  • Operational Policies: Implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
  • Guest Satisfaction: Ensure guest satisfaction with their accommodation experience.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and monitor staff performance in coordination with Department Supervisors.
  • Team Management: Oversee weekly rotas to ensure adequate cover and provide a consistent service.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with all teams, provide updates, address concerns, and foster strong working relationships.
  • Performance Management: Manage team performance through active leadership and coaching, setting expectations and working with each team member to achieve KPIs.
  • Training and Development: Identify training needs and monitor owner/tenant leases.
  • Insurance and Maintenance: Monitor all insurance coverage and administer claims, manage the operation of the Public Parking, and monitor the Building Management System.
  • Reporting and Budgeting: Produce monthly and ad-hoc reports on service usage and service issues, and manage the building budget.
  • Health and Safety: Be responsible for all Health and Safety matters, ensuring working practices are safe and comply with legislation.
Candidate Profile:
  • Education: University Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Hospitality, or related field. MBA considered an advantage.
  • Experience: At least three years of proven experience in operations management, with a track record of successful leadership; hotel industry preferable.
  • Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Greek languages, both written and oral; knowledge of additional languages a plus.
  • Skills: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and complaint-handling skills; excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Leadership: Leadership and team management skills, fostering a positive and collaborative diverse work environment.
  • Revenue Growth: Demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth and optimize operational efficiency.
  • Attention to Detail: A good eye for detail and desire to take responsibility for issues and concerns generated by customers and guests.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize work, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Computer Literacy: Excellent computer literacy.
