Energame is a management consultancy and an investment advisory firm specialized in online entertainment.

We manage the development and growth of a diverse range of clients within the iGaming sector, encompassing areas of sports betting, gambling, cybersport, fantasy sports, IT platform solutions, and content production worldwide.

We are looking for a talented Middle Legal Counsel (Contracts) to join our team.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE:

  • Contractual work (drafting, reviewing, editing and participation in negotiations of various legal agreements, including service, license, software development, marketing, partnership, agreements, etc.);
  • Contract lifecycle management (templates management and contracts coordination, including ensuring prompt signature, proper storing, timely update and due termination of legal agreements, etc.);
  • Legal researches in various jurisdictions;
  • Contract-related dispute resolution;
  • Participation in ad-hoc and cross-functional projects.

ESSENTIAL PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:

  • Law degree;
  • Excellent command of English language (Ukrainian/russian language is a plus);
  • 1-2 years of post-qualification experience (preferably in IT, media, high-risk industries);
  • Experience in contractual work, ability to draft from scratch consistent and comprehensive legal texts is a must;
  • Legal research skills (including experience of conducting multi-jurisdictional legal researches);
  • Basic understanding of law of contracts under the common law;
  • Basic understanding of intellectual property law;
  • Ability to identify, evaluate and mitigate commercial and legal risks;
  • Attention to details, flexible mindset and business-oriented problem-solving approach.
