Our Underwriting Team is part of the Risk department, The team performs underwriting processes for prospect merchants, ensuring that our operations comply with Anti Money Laundering and CFT regulations.

Responsibilities:

● Performing underwriting and due diligence processes during the onboarding process for new merchants

● Communicating with our partner banks and merchants to ensure a smooth onboarding process

● Reviewing all relevant diligence materials (including financial statements, corporate documents, customer references, locations, company product and service offerings)

● Actively supporting underwriting in areas such as improving escalation procedures, KYC, KYB guidelines or introducing new applications and processes as well as implementing improvements

Qualifications:

● Successfully completed banking or comparable training and experience in the AML area or comparable qualification (at least two years of professional experience in underwriting)

● Excellent analytical skills, strong problem analysis and problem-solving skills, conflict management skills

● High level of self-motivation, quick perception, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team

● Thorough and methodical approach to work as well as pronounced attention to detail

● Fluent English and good MS Office skills
