Main Responsibilities

  • Supports the Mercer Marsh Benefits team with account management tasks for various accounts scopes and complexities.
  • Day to day interaction with clients and underwriters in respect of client servicing, policy renewal cycle, claims advocacy and other
  • Coordinating point with local operations team
  • Supporting day to day management within global benefit management systems including client onboarding.
  • Contribute to business development activities to meet departmental budget and company strategic initiatives
  • Manage renewal activities for clients
  • Build knowledge within MMB for Employee Health and Benefits utilizing internal trainings.
  • Facilitates communication across businesses, internally and externally
  • Creates and maintains policy files according to company standards
  • Assists with the organisation and/or registration of departmental events, promotional activities, training forums

Requirements

  • Must be highly organized and able to work independently
  • Must be detail-oriented and very efficient
  • Must be flexible and have a great attitude
  • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Greek would be an advantage)
  • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • University Graduate with BA / BSc (MSc and/or professional qualifications and experiance in Employee Benefits insurance would be considered highly advantageous)
