Major Position Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the overall sales strategy to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives
  • Lead and manage the global sales team, providing guidance, coaching and support to maximize performance
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including strategic partnerships to expand the company's presence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, providing customized solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives
  • Monitor sales performance metrics, generate regular reports, and present findings to senior management.
  • Stay updated with industry developments, customer preferences, and regulatory changes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions.
  • Ensure that the sales team provides clients with accurate information in accordance to laws and regulations
  • Create, implement, and achieve monthly KPIs for the sales team.
  • Formulate sales policies, practices, and procedures
  • Meet monthly targets as specified by the Chief Commercial Officer.
  • Perform duties with skill, care, and diligence, and fulfill other responsibilities as reasonably requested according to business needs.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Economics, or Finance
  • 5 + years relevant experience in the Forex/FinTech industry
  • Experience leading and managing a global sales team
  • Extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices; ability to mentor team members
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; use data and metrics to support decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in – MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Exceptional attitude, self-starter, team player and process-oriented
  • Ability to handle internal and sensitive information with strict confidentiality
  • Excellent command of English (oral and written)
