GRS works with the world's leading professional services firm in the areas of risk, strategy and people, helping clients navigate a dynamic environment through four global businesses. Our client are seeking to recruit an Assistant Client Executive to join their Limassol based team. This role is on a full-time basis (2 years fixed-term position for a graduate / post graduate with the prospect of becoming a permanent position). If you have the necessary skills and experience, then an attractive remuneration package will be offered for this Limassol based Assistant Client Executive role. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Facilitates communication across businesses, internally and externally
  • Supports a mid-sized team of Sales Professionals with account management tasks for various accounts scopes and complexities.
  • Assists in the preparation of client and other presentations and associated workings
  • Assists and contribute to the departmental budget and company strategic initiatives
  • Day to day interaction with clients and underwriters in respect of client servicing, policy renewal cycles and other
  • Assists with the organisation and/or registration of departmental events, promotional activities, training forums
  • Creates and maintains policy files according to company standards CANDIDATE PROFILE
    • University Graduate with BA / BSc (MSc and/or professional qualifications in insurance would be advantageous)
    • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Greek would be an advantage)
    • Must be highly organized and able to work independently
    • Must be detail-oriented and very efficient
    • Must be flexible and have a great attitude
    • Must have the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment
    • Must be proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
