We consider candidates throughout Cyprus (or with an extensive relocation package for this location).

Growe welcomes those who are excited to:

  • Manage travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation for the executive;
  • Execute personal errands and tasks as delegated by the CEO;
  • Coordinate document flow, ensuring timely circulation and appropriate handling of sensitive information;
  • Prepare comprehensive follow-up reports and meeting minutes to document key decisions and action items;
  • Interact with banking compliance officers to ensure regulatory requirements are met;
  • Conduct research and gather pertinent information required by the CEO;
  • Organize and facilitate the procurement and distribution of gifts to internal and external partners.

We need your professional experience:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role, with a demonstrated ability to handle diverse responsibilities efficiently;
  • At least Upper-intermediate level of English and Ukrainian (both written and spoken).

  • Organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
