We are seeking a German speaking Customer Support Officer to join a dynamic technology company in Paphos. The company delivers entertainment experiences through advanced technologies and innovative solutions.

  • Main Duties:
    • Provide advice and support to customers via phone and email.
    • Coordinate and manage customer inquiries and appointments.
    • Maintain and process customer inquiries in the ERP system.
    • Assist with customer travel planning.
    • Check and confirm incoming payments.
  • Candidate Profile:
    • Excellent customer service skills and previous experience in customer support.
    • Fluent spoken and written German and English.
    • Excellent PC skills.
    • Flexible with work hours, including evenings and weekends.
    • A friendly and open demeanor.
